My personal favorites:
www.globalwarming.org -- a group of non-profit organizations run this site, which has some pretty good information on it.
www.epa.gov/climatechange -- In case anyone tries to tell you your sources aren't legitimate, go straight to the U.S. government. ;D
www.nrdc.org/globalWarming -- National Resources Defense Council runs this one, they've got some other sections too. They've got a link right on the front page to a list of ways you can help fight global warming.
www.stopglobalwarming.org/ -- The site name is pretty self-explanatory here.
www.enn.com -- Environmental News Network. It's everything environmental, all the newest information. It's not just global warming, but seeing as you seem to be interested in helping the planet in general, it may be of use.

First of all, global warming is a theory not a fact. Scientists are still not sure about this. This could just be a weather pattern. Weather varies and is not going to be the same all the time.
Keep in mind that volcanoes, decaying plants and dying animals also give off carbon dioxide in the air. So it is not just because of gas exhaust.
If you do want to help, growing plants and reducing energy use will help reduce carbon dioxide.
Many people say that the sea-level is rising but the truth is that it rises some years and others the sea-level is lower. Alot of scientists also hypothesize that so many glaciers are melting, but many glaciers are also forming.
here is a link that shows ways to help:

Well, the first thing you could do is a Google search just by typing in "global warming" (spell it correctly). It really is a rather useful tool. That way you can find the sites yourself.
I will caution you, however, not to get your science from politicians or special interest groups like the EPA or big oil. Global warming is largely a natural, unstoppable cycle.

Here's what you need to do.
you have to get the word out to all the developing nations, such as China, who are just now entering thier Industrial Revolution, and learning how to burn coal and other toxic fuels.
most people think that squeezing the Americans will solve the problem, look to the East if you wan't change.
and the bit that Mother Nature initiates, well that's a done deal.
