The Bavaro Five Star is an amazing resort. It is very well maintained. The workers are very good. They have many great activities that a young couple can do together. When we went it was about $1500 per person for all-inclusive. It was well worth it. As for night life, not the greatest. Right outside the resort your on the regular Dominican side. Although they did have some fun shows to see inside and also a nice sized casino. Best of luck with your travels though.

My husband and I stayed at The Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort and spa for our honeymoon and we can't wait to return. As for the night life Punta Cana is not the place to go. We never left the resort while we were there. At night they always had entertainment in the lobby but if you are looking to party I heard that Santo Domingo is the place to go. The relaxing romantic time you will find here from the moment to pull up to the hotel until the day you leave everything was beautiful, well maintained, and everyone who worked there was very courtious. Just bring a few extra $ to tip them because they all work really hard at what they do( it's not required though) Hope you have a good time.

I go to Punta Cana 3 to 5 times a year (I'm dominican) and I would recommend Bahía Principe Punta Cana, the beach is so beautiful you just wanna stare at it, the place is very romantic and the food is great, everyone's kind and friendly. There's a night club inside the resort, but you can always take a taxi to "Mangu", which i think is the best club in the whole the country.

Hi!,
The hotels/resorts in Punta cana- Bavaro are great (some) but outside there is nothing to do or to discover.
I suggest you to go to the Sun Village Hotel & Resort (4*+) in Puerto Plata, this is a very good hotel, located in Cofresi 10 min away from the town of Puerto Plata, near Ocean World, near Isabel de Torre, near everything! You wil find good night life, casino's and more than 30 excursions possibilities.
You will enjoy the several swiming pools, the beach and the excellent food.
If more info needed just contact me on my mail.
Enjoy it! (and congratulations!)

Iberostar Punta Cana/Dominicana is great. I just came back and had a blast (i'm 25 and went with a few girlfriends) There were a lot of young people there. There is a nightly show along with dancing pre and post show with the entertainers. And after wards there is a Disco. The daily activities are great too.

There are a ton of super lodges in Punta Cana, it extremely purely relies upon on what you're in seek of in a trip. one in each and every of my popular spots is targets Palm sea coast Punta Cana. extremely everyone raves approximately how appropriate the hotel is and how friendly the staff is; they are constantly announcing “it extremely is my excitement.” in addition they have super activities like nightly shows, movie on the sea coast and a on line casino it extremely is open till 2 am. finally, the nutrition is spectacular on the hotel. My popular eating place grew to become into seashore Grill, it grew to become into the appropriate place to get excitement from a beachside meal. i'm hoping you get excitement from your trip!

Santo Domingo is the capital of the Dominican Republic and the oldest European city in the Americas and in the event that you wish to see one of many UNESCO World Heritage List then, this hotelbye may be the place. Santo Domingo is a collection of countries and neighborhoods. It's where in fact the looks of living, domino parts slapped on tables, backfiring mufflers and horns from severe traffic. In the heart of the city may be the Zona Colonial, where you will find one of many oldest churches and the oldest remaining European. Also, in the Zona Colonial you will see Gazcue, one of the city's oldest neighborhoods, filled up with old Victorian houses and tree-lined streets.
