Want to see an amazing way an artist creates his paintings?

I LOVE this video. The lady in it, Sharnarose, uses this art form to cheer people up in England. She actually e-mailed me once:

Here's my favorite painting. I am hoping that this artist will consider doing the illustrations for my newest children's book. He is also an active participant here on Yahoo! Answers:

This is very beautiful and surprising:

This is just mesmerizing and peaceful:

Here is something REALLY interesting. Turn your volume up. This is an actual radio recording of the sound of the beginning of the Universe:

I've been through this when I was 22-23. I used to run but above all to swim a lot, to wash away that bad feeling. Sport helps a lot in ruling on your emotions, even though it seems to me you just have to be a little patient and let it all pass. People can change so much and so quickly at your age... I'm talking about your mates, who may change their behaviour, and I'm talking about you, who may go changing - as you grow - your perception of the things that happen to you. Come on!!! There is nothing wrong with you. It's just that each of us need to suddenly get stuck, wonder what's going on, wonder if it's our fault or not, think that it is, cry a bit, take a big breath, get in motion again and - in the end - look back at what happened and laugh about it. You are learning to get going when the going gets tough. It's a challenge you don't have to be afraid of! You can face it!!! I am with you on the battlefield! A big kiss!

I can't stop you from being depressed, but I can tell you a joke. I'll apologize to blond people now.
Two blonde women were riding in a car down a lonely highway in the Midwest of the United States. Very boring. They were talking for several hours. Suddenly the passenger says, "Which do you think is closer, the moon or London, England?"
The two thought about it for another hour, driving down a straight road. Suddenly the driver says, "The moon, of course," she looked at her friend, "Have you ever seen London from here?"

Don't know why you are depressed, but the good news is, you can change your thinking into a more positive attitude. Be thankful for all that you have, and participate where you can to help make someone Else's world a little brighter. Wishing you, a very merry Christmas...thanks for asking.

Happy Holidays, Naila. It might still be tough, but you should think of this as the beginning of the year you got control and banished your depression to another galaxy. Hang in there. meanwhile remind your doctor that this medication is not working for you YET. Do something this week to pamper yourself, even if it is just planning a walk somewhere you enjoy.

Here's a good way.....Go look in the mirror, make faces at yourself. This works for me. I look soooo stupid, but hey, if you can't laugh at yourself, then who can you laugh at...right!! Exercise is another way to over come depression. Clean your place!! Great exercise.
