There is never a right or good time for that. I won't be saying it to you if that is what this is about. You can say see you later, see you soon or something like that, but don't try good bye. Too many are leaving and friends are hard to find.

I think saying goodbye is always really hard, no matter what the circumstances are. When I was getting married, my parents both started crying like anything and I was only moving 10 minutes away! I think just saying the word "good bye" not only means your saying goodbye to that person, but also to the that part of your life. It's always hard growing up and moving on.
