My husband got me a book for himself, and his kids got me nothing.

I gave them a lot of money, got my husband hockey gear- 300 bucks, two white shirts, and a wave paper weight- everything he wanted.

they are 18 and 21. Their dad said it was ok, because they hate me. But I have to be nice while they are in my home snubbing me.

I even bought myself perfume for him to give me- and he forgot to give it to me. He really wants his book though. It is going on his desk tonight.

I'm very sorry you had a rotten Christmas. I suppose there is more that you didn't say but it sounds like you should have a discussion with your husband. It doesn't matter that his kids didn't get you anything but he should have.

Does he have an income and does he proportionally contribute to the family support? What kind of an example does he set for his children? I will pray for you.

As presents go, I got absolutely nothing...
but as Christmas goes, it was fine! I spent time with my family, and just relaxed.

mine sucked

my son wasn't feeling well and we couldn't go out to dinner as planned

my best friend's daughter came home at 6am, messed up on drugs

my second best friend was out when I went over to visit (as planned) so I left her presents there for her, then on the way home it occurred to me somebody might take them
