Sun Tzu wrote "The Art of War." Niccolo Machiavelli wrote "The Prince." There is no doubt a website that summarizes both books, but you may regret not taking the time to read them yourself.

I've checked out sparknotes, gradesaver and bookrags and cliffnotes they all have summaries of The Prince but not the Art of War.

It might serve you to read the book as well since there are 2 books with the same title and 2 different authors.

Art of War
Niccol? Machiavelli's Art of War is one of the world's great classics of military and political theory. Praised by the finest military minds in history and said to have influenced no lesser lights than Frederick the Great and Napoleon, the Art of War is essential reading for anyone who wants to understand the history and theory of war in the West

In The Art of War, Sun Tzu recommended a strategic method to win that rarely required actual war. Spies, deception, and a correctly organised internal structure were his main tools. If it came to war though, he had detailed insight into its methods and strategies.
