do you ever stop and wonder if it happens to people such as surgeons,astronauts,or the president. I always suspect that maybe there is something wrong with me.

Please relax. You are fine. Where do you think the phrase "carrying a tune" comes from, anyway? You'd feel very wrong if your spleen played a song over and over, wouldn't you?

attempt listening to the song on repeat till you get so ill of it that your techniques forces it out. Or pay attention to some thing else that gets into your head. Or sing "this is the song that by no ability ends . . . " many times back.

yeah that happens to me
it helps me when i write the lyrics i am thinking of down on paper then it just leaves my head
weird right?
