Temporary fencing ? - glad it's not just me that does that (but our twine is orange and it looks awful !)
You can knot it together and make haynets, or plait it and make lead ropes. Use it to hang swedes from the roof beams for the horses to play with. I always keep some in the car just in case of emergencies. I use it to make loops to hold gates open and of course the tie up loops.
Emergency rug repairs ( when the front buckles go ! )
Had a friend who made himself a full sized hammock.
I have a dryer line in the garage for rugs but I still end up throwing tons of it away though.
I once went to a big local (ish) market and there was a stall there where everything was made of used horseshoes- they had a complete patio furniture set ( table and chairs) and plant stands, wine racks etc. It was amazing and all very expensive.
I gave some to neighbours kids to decorate but usually my farrier takes them away with him when he's done.

I made my friend a braided horsey bracelet thingy. I used bailing twine, strips of leather, and some " horse hair" ( I couldn't get my hands on real hair, but I just got all the burrs out of Cobras mane so I could now! lol). I braided it together and made it into a little memorable horsey bracelet. You could put beads and stuff on it. I almost usd hay to braid with also so theres another idea. I have horseshoe hooks. I did the picture frame thing too. Its really cute. Best wishes!

I made wreaths. I took a bunch of old, rusted barbed wire for one; and old, electric fencing wire (the 2 strand, twisted together), for the other. I looped it many times, then wired it at either the top or sides (which I covered with decorations). For the decorations, I used the old horseshoes, which I wired on, over "ribbons" and "bows" made from the baling twine. I added other things around the horseshoes too, like some of the prettier feathers that our pheasants, chickens, and turkeys shed. I hung them above the barn doors, and tack shed doors. They're virtually indestructible, and I get alot of compliments on it. You can be as creative as you want!

Get a small welder. Used they are not expensive and hobby welding is easy. There is no limit to the things you can do with them, one of the favorites is a tack hanger. I've seen sculptures made from them, mail box stands, etc. As far as the bailing twine, I use it in the garden to tie things together but most of it gets tossed. I guess if you have a lot of time you could get a small loom or weaving frame and make mats or something out of them. They would probably make good door mats if you could figure out the knots.

i actualy have made a one man twitch from both materials. I'll take about a 10'' section of baleing twine and thread through the nail hole of a shoe, tie the ends in a knot leaving a loop on one side. this way when i twich the horse i can take the horseshoe and slip through the ring on the side of the halter. the pull of the twitch against the pull og the halter keeps it tight and leaves me hands free! works wonders when i'm alone!!!!!

We use baling twine for quick fixes of just about everything around the barn. We recyle our horseshoes into puzzles (2 horseshoes linked by 2 short chains and a washer you have to remove). My husband has made gate latches, Xmas trees, bridles racks, coat hooks, hat racks and host of other things with all of the used shoes we have.

I have used baling twine as a one mans twitch or shall we say a one womans twitch. I braid 3 together, make a circle out of it that is just enough to get on a nose, tie it off, cut off the extra, put a snap on it, and twitch the nose and use the snap as the tightener and attach right to the halter. Perfect when your alone!
Biscuit *** you do it also haha

well u could always make a wooden picture frame and then put horseshoes on it and put a fancy little pattern of twine on it to. um if u like abstract art you could make a sculpture of horseshoes and twine some how, or u can make a sign by cutting horse shoes in half etc to spell out your horses name or something like that, hope this helps!

Hay twine - Hay nets fun and easy projects, halters and braded lead ropes.
Horse shoes -decortive art. Need a small welder and can make: Napkin holders, door stop, hanging baskets or planters on a stand... friend uses them in custom Texas bricks with horse shoe in the middle, tack holders... lol just let your imagination sore.
