Go to the AFL-CIO and Teamsters' websites.... The US Dept Labor too

Any group that meets the requirements of the Federal Wage and Hours law as non-salaried personnel can form a union and strike. THis basically boils down to people paid by the hour that do not supervise more than 2 others.
In addition, even some groups that are salaried can strike, eg, aerospace engineers a few years ago.

Well right now the members of The Writer's Guild are on strike. These are the people who write sitcoms and dramas and late night shows that are broadcast on television. They are also the people who write screenplays for movies. (The stagehands settled their strike a few weeks ago.)

I am not aware of any other current strikes. But I'm sure that if you googled "American labor strikes," or American labor organizations, you would find out if that was the case.
