Good question. A very odd one but it's good. Um, I think it would taste very bitter. Hope that helps...well really it never will...UNLESS...they begin to make colors you can eat. How awesome would that be. ha. Kind of scary though. <.< . I think sweet, but a rich, deep, dark kind of sweet. I'd think a pixie stick would tast like a pastel (pink or blue or yellow) and purple (at least a dark puple) would taste like very concentrated grape juice. I think it would have a really :meaty" texture though.

Blueberries with sugar and cream ... which is the RICHEST flavor but 'fruity' tasting ... and though the berries are blue, the juice is 'purple' ...
