Go back to the gypsy in Varrok square & talk to her. She'll tell you the words again. This time write it down.

I still play this game.
Oh, and there'll be someone you talk to, I think, that will relay the words.
Once you talk to that person, it's not about memorizing them. You'll just click on the demon or something and the words will just be automatic.
You don't have to memorize anything.
To be sure, though- there are alot of runescape cheat sites that will tell you how to complete quests, step-by-step.
