Teams will still be really happy because winning your division means playoffs and 2 out of every 3 division winners get a bye that first week. Winning the conference though is that much better because you get to play at home throughout the playoffs which can be the difference between getting to the Super Bowl or not.

They can't hate it. If we are talking about Seattle, Tampa, San Diego or Pittsburgh, it is not bad at all. But each of those teams has to beat the wild card team and then go on the road and beat one of the top two teams in the conference. The Patriots upset the Chargers last year, so it can be done, but it shows that for all the playoff teams, the season is just about to begin.

Happy, it means you got the 2nd to fourth seed in a conference. Depending on the team I would be happy.
