Ok, so I know it's annoying when people ask questions in the wrong category, but I love P&S people more than the idiots in the section this questiong should belong in, so hear me out:
Ok, so I've been dating someone whom I love very much for about 8 months. I'm the first woman he's even fallen in love with, while he's my third love. Anyway, we've had problems in the past and of course, there are things that bother me about him that normally I would tolerate. But recently, someone I've been attracted to for quite a while has decided to make an actual appearence in my life, and is even interested in me! This is so exciting because I'm highly attracted to him physically, and he lacks the personality traits that bother me about my current boyfriend. Should I break up with my current guy for the new guy? I haven't felt for anyone the way I feel about him in such a long time (not even my boyfriend).
What do you think?

Now, I realize that someone is going to get hurt, I'm just asking which one you would choose. They are both sweethearts and it's going to be hard for me either way so just be honest.

It troubles me that you said "has decided to make an actual appearence in my life". Where has this guy been, will he be returning there and how long before he makes an appearence again. Is he involved with somebody else somewhere else? You'd better think this thru. A physical attraction and an intense sexual encounter may not be worth the real relationship you currently have.
