According to what I have read in the ancient text, at the HAND OF GOD, The year 2008 is suppose to be the beginning.

I really think this (2008) is the year . . . .
this is the year the poor will be fed,
this is the year that peace will break out all over the world,
this is the year everyone will have health insurance,
