I'm also crazy about brown sugar. And it not only tastes good, it's also healthier than white, refined sugar. Brown sugar is subject to less processing and therefore is as close to its natural state as possible. It's also several times sweeter than white sugar, so you don't have to use as much. For me, brown sugar is the "in" thing to use in coffee shops and restaurants. I just love it : )
