I have no idea why, but Fran keeps attack the other members of the group. Is there a certain weapon/armor/item that shouldn't be equipt to her?

I check all of that Evil, and she is STILL attacking.... TT . TT

Does she have the Confuse status? That will cause her to attack fellow party members. Use the item "Smelling Salts" or the spell "Esuna" to rid her of the Confuse status.
If she isn't inflicted with Confuse, check her gambit set-up and make sure it isn't causing her to target fellow party members. I always set my fellow party members with Foe: party leader's target.

Ok it could be a certain part of the game you're in. Has she gone berserk due to Mist? If so then you just have to get through that part of the story. If it's not that then make sure none of your other characters are attacking her and thus causing her to retaliate.
