its the 8800 GTX.
And, there's usually two DVI-VGA adapters in the box.
The 8800 GTX has DVI outputs, so you can buy a DVI to HDM adapter at a electronics store.

This particular card has 2 dvi outputs plus an output for an hdtv. You will need to have a monitor that has a dvi input rather than the vga. Or connect it to your HDTV
