there are many reasons to infidelity...most would say that for men its sexual reasons and for women its emotional reasons....some people regret it, some do not.....some men cheat for other reasons as well such as unmet needs in the relationship and this is more common than the sexual reasons...if a guy cheat constantly without regret for sexual reasons thats the worst kind, better leave him....

Yes,
Was married close to 20 years, and poured my life into our marriage and in the last few years of the marriage never got anything in return emotionally or physically, so I decided to find it else where.
Yes it was worth it, I ended up with another woman that loves me for me, Not saying that the samething won't happen, but I think that she would be more willing to work things out...

when my ex cheated on me he never expressed any remorse, he seemed to think the other woman was worth it because he left. as for today i have heard they live in a small mobile that's in poor condition, that he no longer has a job, if he was sorry i never heard about it. depends on what a person values in life.

I'm not a guy, but have a lot of guy friends....and am "over 30" yrs old...........the number one reason men cheat is sex. They are not getting it at home...the marriage has gone "stale"....the wife doesnt..."mix things up for her man"....Most men will say ...that if "new opportunities " were presented to them from their wives, ....you know, ..new lingerie.....different positions, ....just new stuff, .toys, ...games whatever.............They'd had not gotten bored and cheated.
This is just what i've been told by men....

The last girl I cheated on was some girlfriend in high school.
And you know what, no, it was not worth it.

i'm not a guy but I would say its never worth it to cheat on your wife : ya know the one you promised you'd stay with in sickness and in health, till death do us part. the one you supposedly loved.. . . .

Yes, I cheated, she wouldn't put out so I found it ELSEWHERE, and NO, don't regret a single one, would do em ALL again in a NY minute, it was WELL worth it, restored my self confidence, satisfied my sexual desires, made me a little bit less dependant on the control troll.

for those who wasn't caught or with no negative consequences to face, I guess there's no regrets.
Should be the same for the women I believe.
Humans are humans, we are attreacted to the secrecy and unknown areas of thrills, especially if we are part of it.
