Stop trying.
You need to realize that this is not your battle or your decision.
Like many painful experiences you will have throughout your life, you will find you simply have no control over them.
Pain is part of life. But suffering is chosen by the foolish belief that we have control over people when we really do not.
Don't choose suffering!

You can't control or make decisions for your parents, or other people in general.
If your parents want to get back together, they will...
i'm sure this is difficult for you, too... but not something you have control over.

You don't. Love can't be a one-sided thing. Anyway, if they do want to get back together, you shouldn't be the one to do it.
