Raging Bull or Taxi Driver?

Which one do you prefer?
And please tell me the reason why you like that one better.

That is a tough question to answer.They are both great.
"Taxi Driver" being a physco bit of fiction.
"Raging Bull" a true story. Robert De Niro went through a lot to play that part. He gained something like 30 lbs in the making of the film. I was lucky enough to meet Jake La Motta in his latter life at a boxing match with a US team and a team from Ireland. My couple seconds of fame came a month latter when it was shown on TV. There I was in front row seats.
But I will have to say "Taxi Driver" was the better film.

Taxi Driver for me.... Deniros character is much more complex, and i always appreciate an original story, i also love Raging Bull, but its based on a true story, so i prefer the creativity around Taxi Driver..... again i love them both, but Taxi Driver its better in my opinion
