I'm just curious why they wear pacifiers.

Because babies do not keep pacifiers in their mouths and often spit them out and parents get tired of picking them up or get tired of cleaning them after they have dropped on the floor. Also makes it easier to keep track of them and not lose them. Some children are very attached to their pacies and they like a particular one and if they lose it well all heck breaks loose.

Some babies need to comfort suck on a pacifier. Others don't.

Babies don't WEAR pacifiers they USE them because it keeps them calm like they are drinking milk and they feel good to them when they are teething.

Pacifier's are like mini skirt's for babies.

They were pacifiers because it keeps them buisy. It's like a toy that keeps them accupied. It also can stop the pain in there teeth when they are teething.

I always thought that they was a bad thing to introduce into a babies life, for when they lose them, they get upset all the time and rely on it.
Conversly, scientists have siad that it may prevemt cot death, even though it causes some other problems.
I am really not sure.
If there is a way to prevent cot death, then they shouldn't be introduced as far as I understand.

there are baby who are very suckling baby. they always wanted to suck that's why even after they fed by their mothers on the right amount of bottle feed or even breast feed, they still wanted to suck and they cry! most mothers put pacifiers to them to stop the crying.

Because they're given to them. . . usually to soothe them. My babies didn't want a pacifier. They would push it out their mouth with their tongue so I didn't force it.

They dont they suck on them!! But if youre talking about how they have them clipped on their clothes it's so they wont drop it and get it dirtyand get it infested with millions of bacteria now that is why do you wont to kill the babies so you better clip it on or i will report you to baby services
