Schwarzenegger is ineligible for the vice-presidency, as he is a naturalized citizen. The US does not have a foreign minister. The equivalent office is Secretary of State, for which S is eligible but unqualified.

Since the President of the United States must be Citizen of the US who was born of an American, I doubt that Schwarzenegger could run for Vice President.
Although he can run for any other office or be appointed to head any position.

No. He needs to just step aside and retire. I'm in CA...he stinks. Used to love him but he turned into another doormat for the Bush administration. Further, he won't get these illegals out of here either. It is unforgiveable that he has allowed CA to sink into the gutter it has. In retrospect, he was a very bad actor also. Merry Christmas!

Foreign minister to Austria would be a good idea, but he'd screw that up just like Callyfornia.

A self-made man, aggressive, and willing to take on non-popular issues (and sell it).
Pretty good choice to send out and visit foreign governments to present US views.
