ClF5, IBr5, ICl5. The ones you listed should be sufficient, since they are the most common ones.

hummm... Square pyramidal has 5 bonds and one lone pair so XeF5 + so this would have a +1 charge.

with the inter halogens i can name another one( Ni(CN)5)3-.you will be surprised to know that deoxyhaemoglobin which is responsible for the transport of oxygen in our body is also square pyramid in structure.
