North and East of Austria, East of Czech republic, south of Poland and west of the Ukraine.

If that is not enough, find Vienna, go north from there and all to the east of there is Slovakia.

It used to be half of the country Czechoslovakia, but that is more than 20 years ago.

Slovakia is a landlocked country in Central Europe with a population of over five million and an area of about 49,000 square kilometres (almost 19,000 square miles). The Slovak Republic borders the Czech Republic and Austria to the west, Poland to the north, Ukraine to the east and Hungary to the south.
