Do you both have fax machines?
Tape 4 sheets of paper together and send them through the machine. When the top of the first sheet goes through, tape it to the bottom of the last sheet. It will run continuously until there's no paper, no ink or the dang thing bursts into flame.
Write anything you want on the sheets for added annoyance.
Just make sure your fax machine doesn't have your I.D. on it. (that prints automatically on the receiving faxes)
Salt in lawns (and flower beds) is a bad, bad thing. Especially when you "carve" swear words in big letters.
Give his name and address to all the Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses you can find. Tell them he's a suicidal atheist.
Toilet paper his house.
Toilet paper his mother's house.
Write hate mail from his pets.
Write anonymous hate mail.
Picket his house. Make big signs of all the things he did. Get your friends to chant rude things.
Pay a bunch of kids to play basketball or set up a skateboard ramp in front of his house. At 5am. On his day off.
Blaring music is a time honored classic.
Do you still have access to his house? Put raw fish or something equally stinky and likely to rot badly (and attract bugs) where he will never find it. Crawl spaces, under furniture, use your imagination.
Does he have a dog? Feed him some Pepperoni, or other spicy, fatty sausage. It causes diarrhea. Stinking diarrhea.
Don't poison his pets, that's just wrong.
