Middle East and East Africa are not attached with a line in this version. THey are in old versions and just wanted to know if anyone know if that was a change in the rules, or just a misprint on this edition?

We've been treating it like a misprint, attacking through those territories at will.

They confirmed it as a misprint on the site, so you could just draw it on or something. They said it was a problem with the printers that they made for that edition or something.
