being nearly full blooded scotish, wearing it out around the town, ill put on briefs, but for traditional things like highland games, weddings, funerals.....dates, i wear nothing!!!

Traditionally, Scottish men don't wear anything under their kilts. However, I always wear panties under MY kilt. I don't like to go commando. I'd wear plaid panties if I could find them but, instead, I wear navy blue panties since I have blue in my family kilt.
