I hate to tell you but it kind of goes along with the present. The sex had better be good on birthdays, valentine's day, mother's day, father's day, anniversary, thanksgiving, christmas and NEW YEARS! All other holidays and occasions are extras that spouses just look for the little something extra! Now that I am married, I can say that!!

of course with the spouce....Santa's not delivering anyone to you (lol).
Ideally it should be a mandatory sex holiday (just like Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays and Weekends), but it should be way above and beyond....like several 4-6 hour sessions throughout the season, getting into shape for chilly winter days of brain-melting sex.....ugh, sometimes I do miss being married.

No, it's Jesus' birthday. Christmas really doesn't have anything to do with sex, or us deserving to get some. My husband and I did have sex today, but it didn't have anything to do with it being Christmas... or did it? Hmm. I guess he did say it was part of my present.

I think it just goes with the mood. You know love, family, being together, sharing....I never looked at it as madatory..just felt in the mood after all the gift giving and sharing and stuff.

I don't know about mandatory, but it can be so full of romance. If it isn't, you two need to talk and see what you can do about it.
