ummmmm just go with ur gut. i take it ur not friends with her if u hate her. well just ignore her and seperate urself from her. if ur friends with her then just take her to dinner and be like i really dont like ur boyfriend or the way he treats me. im sorry if u have a problem with that but i dont appreciate it. untill u break up with him i dont want to be friends with you or him.
