Everyone does background checks these days and no one wants to hire a convicted felon. How do I get rid of the felonies? How do I hide the convictions?

The guy above is correct except that just because a Judge wants them to be expunged for you does not mean that it always happen.

Depends entirely on the laws of your Country / State.

Some countries allow expungement, some don't. In the US, some States don't allow expungement at all, some allow some types, some allow almost all.

The actual process can also vary from simply filing a request form that you can do yourself, to a complex set of steps that needs a lawyers help.

Get them expunged from your record. Pretty expensive $500, must be done with an attorney though.
