what's the best way to spend time during a 8 hours stop in london airport?anything around?better go to london?

I think you'll just have to stay in the airport. If you leave the Heathrow then you'll have to check in again for your next fligt which is 2 hours before for EU countries and 3 for international. This doesn't leave you a lot of time to get into London and do anything interesting. Instead, why not try and book a space in one of the lounges? You can do this online and it would be better than normal seating areas.

You can take a train directly into the city from Heathrow, but you'll have to keep a careful eye on the time.

If you decide that there is not enough time to actually explore London, terminal 3 (I believe) has an assortment of restaurants and stores to browse.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops in Heathrow, maybe even a games arcade. but to go into London itself is a real pain in the butt!!!!!!

The nearest attraction to Heathrow is Windsor Castle - you should have time to go and have a quick look before you have to check-in for your onward flight.
