I want to send a fan letter to Dan Radcliffe and J.K. Rowling. How do you do this? It can be email or letter, it doesnt matter :D

You can probably just Google "Fan mail + J.K. Rowling" and get addresses for that.
And then send a very nice letter and a $5 check, (and in the letter, ask for an autographed picture back) and you may get a surprise back!!

Maybe go to the IAC website and find out there or go to the search engine and find out if theres a website on Gillian which Im sure there is. I dont think she will read it until she comes out of the jungle which I think its anytime. I think she must be out by now as she passed out I think,

Easy, turn on the fan, put the mail in front of it, release and you have fan mail airmail style.
