No, because if the dream became reality then going back to sleep would only mean going back into a dream (possibly).

It is said this reality is a dream, it is interesting to think on this it sure does make the posibility of miricales more comprehendable. Another thing that seems to point to this is the observation on quantam phenomena that changes whether being observed or not, much like the old question if a tree falls and no one is around to hear it does it leave a sound?

Depends on if I was happy with the dream or not. If not, I would go back to sleep and try to change the dream for the better.

nightmares hard to get over in a dream, my eyes are closed, i cannot see. but if they become a reality they who be easy to see and i would win that battle of fear. because i know that i will see them afterwards. My friends and loves hidden in the dream.

Maybe your question is not defined well. If you wake up and your dream came true like the door bell rang, and you woke up and it actually rang? or you wake up one morning, and something happened that day that happened in your dream? Either way you must sleep for health reasons.
