All of us grow old... so what is Successful Ageing means to you? Share with me.. so that I can understand what is successful ageing.

to me successful aging means u r confident with ur life and not afraid to say or be proud of ur age. u can still do what ever it is u like to do regardless of ur age.

Successful aging is moving the body about.....dancing , exercise, long walks.....and don't think like your ninety years old. Times have changed and change with them....Older people are still afraid of the computer for crying out loud....Don't jump all over the young people because they don't think just like you but if the want information make sure to remind them you are a walking history book and some of the history they want information on you lived through....Don't ever let yourself think you are an old fart or you will become one.

Luckily I have good genes....I'll be 50 in a few weeks and most people think I'm like 35

maintaining your health, abstain from illegal drugs and alcohol,church if you like, and a good marriage ,mine has lasted over fifty years. good luck!
