I have an animated picture and ...?

I want to see all the frames because they go to fast.
What program an i use to see all the frame because my animation shop trial has exceeded! Please help!

There are freeware programs like GIF Animator, and Windows GIF animator that are simple GIF animators but can break down the frames for you.

You can do all of this with GIMP. It's a free editing suit that is very similar to Photoshop/Image Ready. You can edit and make animated gifs with it, too.
