Transfering movies from Media Player to iTunes?

I bought Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix and the bonus disc gives you a digital copy of the movie. I downloaded it but realized I had chosen Media player by mistake. How can I load it to iTunes so that I can put it on my iPod?

Download the movie to a CD and then download it to your iTunes account.
