Not sure what context you are asking
Are you trying to avoid attention or are you trying to seek attention.
If it the first, change your routine frequently so that your not in the same place as the other person. (you can also reverse some of the following advice)
If its the later,
both of the following statements are true
opposites attract (but first you have to get close enough)
common interests attract - if you are seeking to get close, find out what your target likes and learn about those things.
Whatever you do don't pretend to be something your not.
Its one thing taking the trouble to learn about something you know nothing about, its another pretending to like something you don't.
My wife bought me a jacket she hated because she knew I liked it. After a few years she made me give it away (guess she had enough of putting up with it)

That is completely dependent on the kind of guy you are looking to attract. For some guys it's lots of cleavage and skin, for others it's a good sense of humor.
