Natural. Fake boobs, or any other kind of cosmetic surgery should be reserved for emergencies and medical use (i.e. breast cancer). You should be happy with what you were born with. Just because you can enhance it, doesn't mean that you should. People abuse that too much nowadays. Be proud of who you are, flaws and all. :)
