I had to restore my PC because it crashed. I guess it erased my iTunes library. Is there any way to get my music back? I have the songs on my iPod but it won't let me transfer them to a new library.

Try using an alternative software to iTunes:

Winamp 5: http://www.winamp.com
Media Monkey: http://www.mediamonkey.com
Yamipod: http://www.yamipod.com

They are all free, and they can also copy music files from your iPod to your computer, iTunes can not do that.

Re-install iTunes. Log-In using your iTunes Password. It will return your songs and all will be well. I've had to do this several times myself... :)

Eek. Phone someone about it?

That sucks... did you have a lot of music?
