In Jain religion,India the name Rishabh
is greatly revered as it was the name of one of the great Teerthankar. There were 24 Teerthankars who established the guidelines for this religion.Among Jain community in India you may come across even a hundred thousand persons with the name Rishabh.I will say it is a very good name.
If you like it,name your son Rishabh without bothering what ignorants comment or say.Such comments are very short lived.

If you are going to raise him in the US, that name could cause him problems. Why not use it as a middle name and name him something like Raymond or Robert as his first name?

If he's living in the USA why give him such a name? Why move here in the 1st place? Get this.. It's AMERICAN CULTURE that makes this country great economically. If you want a piece of the American dream and you want to keep it alive, then blend. Give the kid an Ameican name. Trust me, I knew a kid named Saif (pronouned Safe) and he was tormented in school
