i just got a new computer and id like to just simply move my library to my new one and delete it from the old

Also, remember you can have your iTunes Library on up-to-3 computers. So just install iTunes on the new computer and Log-in to your iTunes account as normal and iTunes will return them to your library on your new computer. :)

Copy all the files in Itunes>Itunes Music (it's usually in the My Music folder for windows, or Home>Music folder for mac) to the new computer's folder of the same name. Go to the File menu in itunes on the new computer and click add folder to library.

Just copy it to a CD or a flashdrive. It's called itunes library in one of your files. Then import it on the new computer.

Ordinary file transfer. USB key, CD-R, DVD-R, Floppy Disk (lol), etc.

Just move all the files, the new computer will rebuild the library. Make sure you deauthorize the old computer's iTunes account if you don't plan on using it anymore.
