Download and install Spybot Search and Destroy, then scan your system with it. When the scan completes click "Fix Selected Problems"

sound like you got spyware or maleware., run antispyware program, if you haven't got download AVG its free, and run it. they most likely third party tracking cookies, from sites you visit. I get at least 3 - 5 form this site. also do a full scan on you drive with your antivrus program, or do same as above.

if it is a internet connection connect to the internet,most time the spyware needs to be updated before it runs

I would use spyboy and adware but in safe mode - should get rid of most of it

don't run any antispyware programs they don't help most of the time.
Use your windows cd to fix windows or use system restore.
