You would need a photo editing prgram like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro then you would probally go to effects-artistic effects and 'sketch' or something like that would be an option.

You need Photoshop, or some other image editing software. Under the Filters Menu, there are a variety of selections you can choose that will give you several different "hand-drawn" effects.

use photoshop. Go to the top bar and click on appearane or effects. Or something like that...I can't really remember. I could look it up, but I have a trial version. And it ran out a week ago.
