Sounds like you have been hijacked. Best that you shut down your entire system.

Reinstall/Reformat your platform and use all new passwords.

If you go into the Network Connections in the Control Panel and bring up the properties for your Local Network Connection and bring up the Internet Connection (TCP/IP) properties, you can set the connection to assign the IP address automatically (DHCP) or set it manually (Static) ensuring that the number is not in use should you choose the latter.

Trojan. Scan you Hard Drives with AntiVirus and AntiSpyware
also scan in safe mode

somebody else is accessing your computer...if you have important documents I recommend you to change them to password protected anyways disconnect your internet 'cause that person will get rid of everything..even uninstall whatever that person wants...try to change your IP I do not know how 'cause I haven't done that before..and 'cause I do not have a network setup myself...

it could be a virus and someone is trying to acess ur stuff or if u are using static ips then someone else could have the same one as u

You're SOL! Sounds like you've been hacked or invaded. Take it to a computer geek and get it unhacked.

thats malware get 2 or 3 good antispywares update them and your antivirus and run them

change your password quick! its not very good, unless you have used another computer yourself somewhere...

umm...that usually means u have been hacked...idk wat to tell u but....u might get a virus ...the hacker can take controll of ur computer
