and there are two women in their 60s, expensive make up, clothes and their hair done up right, but they are sitting on the second and third seats from the center aisle and they refuse to move down?? you and your friend cant find two seats together but there is one seat on either side of these to women. you ask if they could scoot down one and the one older one, late 60s say, no, but you two could split up and sit on either side of us.

**p.s. this happend today at the movie theatre today and everyone was so upset with these two bitties. and i mean openly upset. but they stood their ground and refused to move down. weird!

the couple that needed to sit together were in their 70s, it wasn me and my mother. the couple however werent rich, and the woman tried explaining they bought one bag of popcorn to share, but the two rich b!tches wouldnt move down JUST one seat. yes the theatre were booing at the women, that seemed extreme however on Christmas day this is how they behave?tsk tsk tsk. i was an observer only. but i think these women were ugly and rude. the couple in their 70s bought their tickets to and didnt want to be seperated but they had to be divided because of those two bitties.

oo and the theatre goers were booing at the two women who wouldnt move down one seat, NOT the couple. they were so nice that people kept offering them their seats but they were embarrassed and kept saying no to the offers. i think that those two rich bitties are SCROOGES....

HI Luna,

I know they paid for thier tickets and can sit anywhere blah blah blah. But what is wrong with moving ONE seat down on Christmas to let a couple sit together? It's Christmas, be nice. Whether you celebrate it or not, be nice for ONE day out of 365. Geez. What is this country coming to when people can't even be bothered to do something so small for a fellow human? Would it have killed them? And by the logic of they can do what they want then you and your friend have the right to sit on either side of them and pass popcorn over them, stinky nachos (oops did that get on your expensive dress?) and talked to each other LOUDLY while leaning over them (Why is he walking down the street?). A stupid question a minute. LOL

I feel bad for them for living as long as they have and having so much bitterness in them. You are supposed to mellow with age.

Luna, I love the movie experience, but it is not much fun anymore. There is no way to enjoy a film on the big screen without annoyance. I prefer to spend my money buying the movie, a decent bottle of wine and nice snacks. I can watch the movie in peace and all is well. I wish the theater experience was better, but if it was not the old ladies it would of been a cell phone, or a idiot...

No, they paid for their tickets and sat where they chose for their own reasons--just like you did. Did you assume they were together because they seemed the same type? Hmm...
