can i get fired for donating to another chairity other then where i worked and also buying something from there

NOPE. That is your freedom of choice. People can't tell you where you can and you can't spend your money. If a McDonalds employee bought Burger King for lunch will he be fired? But then again thats just plain silly because I'm sure he gets a discount where he works. Unless he's sick and tired of eating the same thing.

No, what you do with your own money and property is your own business. But since in pretty much all states you can be fired for no reason, there's nothing to stop them from firing you.
