I've got a few crabby old Alaskans' legs in the deep freeze I could send ya. Caught 'em in my sea-weed patch. Their clean, honest. No sandy claws in the lot.

While not even close to the same flavor(and lobsters have small legs) if you just want some seafood to dip in butter, yes a good butter poached lobster tail will do.

Lobster can be better just dont over cook it broiled to the point of just firm. Beyond that is rubbery. Saute in butter and fresh Garlic or Serve with an Afredo Sauce. Excellent!

I prefer the crab legs but lobster will work. Try cooking and serving them the same as you would the crab.

For what? Are you just going to boil and serve with butter?
Lobster is a good substitute is several dishes, but making "lobster balls" or "stuffed lobster" is somewhat a waste.

Yes, but pay attention to size of lobster (bigger is NOT better) and maybe lobster TAILS would be even more appreciated than crab legs.

Oooh yes, And don't forget to just steam - not boil - if it's already cooked so they don't get soggy.
Mmmmm. Dripping drawn butter and garlic with a squeeze of fresh lemon. I salivate at the thought!!! Enjoy!!!
