Well, Cheney has never been president so that leaves him out and I have lived through two presidents in my life time who were much worse than Bush so that eliminates him also.

Bush, he messed the whole thing up. He thought that there are nuclear weapons in Iraq but there are none. In reality is that he just want to kill Saddam because before his dad also fought with Iraq but had no success. So Bush attacked Iraq just to accomplish his dad's incomplete mission. If he wasn't that selfish, this whole Iraq war would have never happened and US wouldn't have been in such deep debt. Man, it's all Bush's fault. Worst president on planet Earth!!!

Even if Cheney HAD been president, which he has not, Bush would still be the worst ever.

Actually, I think the two compliment each other in deMEANer, but, I think Cheney is the smarter of the two.
The actual leaders, though, are others in congress who support these presidents. Right wingers in the Republican congress and Senate who are supposed to represent their constituents are actually pushing the Nationalist agenda which is representative of the Right wing idealouge.
