Got no hobbies... Like cars, Need help... 14 Years Old.?

I like and love R/C cars when i was small i had a few ... Now im 14 and my mom and dad don't let me spend any money... i have no hobbies at all and thought about car models / rc cars and so on... Does anyone know a cheap hobby in this sorta region cars and stuff.. Max i can spend is around 10£ a week ( i get 10£ a week to eat from the school canteen but im willing not to eat for a good hobby).. Dont just post telling me what to do... Tell me where to start and where to buy things from .. i live in the UK, England , Birmingham, Thanks.

Why don't you get a job, specifically with special shops that fix, sell, etc. toy model cars? This way. . .you have money, get discount to buy anything in the shop. . .I think employers would hire responsible teenagers. . .it's all up to your performance and appearance. . .

Try coin collecting. It doesn't have to cost you a lot. You can go to the bank and pick of a box of coin (whichever denomination you like) for exactly face value. A box of pennies is $25, a box of nickels is $100, a box of dimes is $250 and boxes of quarters or half dollars are $500. You don't have to buy the whole box. The bank can pull out whatever amount you like.

Once you get a box, you can go through and pull out the better coins (there are books to help with this or websites). You can pick up a coin album and try to fill all the holes (get one for each year) or just search for interesting ones.

The coins that you don't want can be returned to the bank and put straight back into your account (though it's often better to return the coins to a different bank (not just a different branch but a different bank) so that you don't search the same coins over and over). Everything you find will have been obtained at face value. You'd be surprised what people have found. Check out these links to see:

Also check your change for interesting finds.

Some things to search for: wheat pennies, silver dimes, silver quarters, old coins, error coins, coins with the "S" mintmark - it could be a proof coin etc. There's always the chance that you could find a real treasure!

It's also helpful to buy a red book. It can help you price your coins and will answer many of the questions you may have.

If cooking is your component, think of of your in demand foodstuff and make it your guy or woman own forte. considered one of your loved ones contributors can help you with that. in case you have been my new child, i could drag your bored-out-of-your-cranium butt exterior with a digital camera. Pop the hood of autos (with proprietors permission, needless to say) and start up a photograph decision of engines. in simple terms get your self exterior and start up staring at what's exterior. it quite is humorous how having a digital camera on your hand makes greater issues properly worth staring at. I promise you that what you photograph would be greater relaxing than something you will locate on the pc. And kick a ball around each so often. you think of you do unlike activities, yet start up with small steps and you may ask your self your self. in simple terms circulate forward...get out of that chair!

I'm probably not going to give you the best advice, since I live in th U.S.A., but I think stamp collecting is a reasonably inexpensive hobby to start out in.
