Most injuries are NOT fake! Some are because it either follows a plot line or because they got suspended on steroid charges, but most aren't. They break limbs and bones, suffer a lot of concussions, lose teeth, suffer nerve damage, and other injuries in the ring. They put their bodies on the line every time they step foot in a ring. Mick Foley, Stone Cold, Psycho Sid, Goldberg, Bubba Ray Dudley, HHH, Both Hardy brothers, Trish Stratus, Candice Michelle, and Edge are just a few of the wrestlers that have been seriously injured in the ring. Even Vince McMahon himself suffered concussions, he blew out his right knee, and he tore both his Quads at Royal Rumble '05. Basically what I'm saying is even though the moves might be planned and scripted it doesn't mean that things can't go wrong. The sites below prove that

Some are fake, some are real. While the wrestlers don't intentionally try to hurt each other (for the most part), accidents happen and they can get seriously hurt. Some injuries are faked to advance whatever storyline they are playing out.

None of the injuries are fake however some are made up to cover up the real injury i.e Shawn Michaels knee injury what he had this year, that was passed off as concussion to make his rivalry with Orton work when he returned

The injuries are real. Why would they put talent out of action for months for no reason. Wrestling is dangerous. Sometimes they fake one for two weeks at most.

Some are fake and some are real. The one John Cena has is real. He tore his left pectoral mucel. Chavo's is fake he just got suspended for steroids. Sometimes they fake injuries to get surgery on something.

I know the fighting is fake. Maybe, it's by accident when they get injured, but it's real. Or, they could just take 3 months off from fighting.

There is nothing fake in wrestling. Wrestling is scripted, not fake. Injuries are real, you can't fake a surgery.

I don't know--but they get all bloody to satisfy the crowds who like to see that stuff. No one would watch without blood and pain. Just like Nascar--lots of people go for the wrecks----and ice hockey--they go for the fights. There would never be an audience unless they got to see what they came for. People love a good gory car accident, too--thats why they always look to see the bodies when they drive by and run over a cop or firefighter.

Most are fake, but occasionally someone does get hurt!
For instance, the Glamazon hurt that one chick (forget her name) by accident, and she broke her collar-bone, or a bone in that area.
